The entire apartment is exclusively yours to enjoy. Check-in is available from 3 PM to midnight via self check-in. For early or late check-ins, please request approval at least 24 hours before arrival. A secure link will be sent to you to provide your information and confirm your arrival time.

The Neighborhood
Located in the prestigious capital of Valletta, you are in the center of a UNESCO World Heritage site. You are just a short stroll from St. George’s Square, the Grandmaster’s Palace, and an array of high-end boutiques, artisan shops, and some of the island’s finest dining experiences. The neighborhood is a living museum, filled with Baroque architecture and hidden gardens.
Getting Around
Valletta is best explored on foot, and from this central location, everything is within walking distance.
Ferry: The Sliema and Three Cities ferries are a 10-minute walk away.
Bus: The main Valletta Bus Terminus is close by, providing access to the entire island (Mdina, Golden Bay, etc.).
Parking: As Valletta is largely pedestrianized, we recommend using public transport or the MCP car park located just outside the city gates.
Important Notes – Please Read Carefully
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and will be required to sign a short-term rental agreement upon check-in for insurance and legal purposes.
All guests must provide a valid ID via a secure link prior to arrival.
Ants can occasionally appear during the warmer months. We provide traps and repellent spray, but some presence is still possible.
No smoking, pets, parties, or loud noises are allowed, especially after 11 PM.
No external guests are permitted without prior written approval, in compliance with local police regulations.
The final cleaning fee covers standard checkout cleaning. Guests are expected to leave the apartment reasonably tidy, with a clean kitchen and no leftover garbage. Additional charges may apply otherwise.
Only toilet paper should be flushed; no sanitary products or foreign items. Damages due to misuse may result in additional charges.
Lost keys or lockouts will incur a €100 replacement fee per key set.
For stays of 30 days or more, utility bills are not included and will be charged separately based on actual consumption.
