The entire apartment is exclusively yours to enjoy. Check-in is available from 3 PM to midnight via self check-in. For early or late check-ins, please request approval at least 24 hours before arrival. A secure link will be sent to you to provide your information and confirm your arrival time.

We respect your privacy but are always available via message or phone should you need recommendations or assistance during your stay.
The Neighborhood
You are staying in the heart of a UNESCO World Heritage site. Valletta is an open-air museum, and your front door is just moments away from St. George’s Square, the Grandmaster’s Palace, and Upper Barrakka Gardens. The neighborhood is a delightful mix of quiet residential alleys and bustling main streets filled with wine bars, artisanal shops, and historical landmarks.
Getting Around
Valletta is best explored on foot. The main bus terminus and the ferry to Sliema or the Three Cities are all within a 10-minute walk. Taxis (e.g., Bolt/Uber) can reach most areas, though some streets are pedestrianized.
Important Notes – Please Read Carefully
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and will be required to sign a short-term rental agreement upon check-in for insurance and legal purposes.
All guests must provide a valid ID via a secure link prior to arrival.
Ants can occasionally appear during the warmer months. We provide traps and repellent spray, but some presence is still possible.
No smoking, pets, parties, or loud noises are allowed, especially after 11 PM.
No external guests are permitted without prior written approval, in compliance with local police regulations.
The final cleaning fee covers standard checkout cleaning. Guests are expected to leave the apartment reasonably tidy, with a clean kitchen and no leftover garbage. Additional charges may apply otherwise.
Only toilet paper should be flushed; no sanitary products or foreign items. Damages due to misuse may result in additional charges.
Lost keys or lockouts will incur a €100 replacement fee per key set.
For stays of 30 days or more, utility bills are not included and will be charged separately based on actual consumption.
