Nestled in the heart of Swieqi, a quiet, residential neighborhood known for its safety, charm, and convenience. Swieqi offers the perfect balance between relaxation and accessibility, with leafy streets, local cafés, and small shops that give it a welcoming village feel. Despite its peaceful atmosphere, it’s just a short walk from the lively scene of St. Julian’s and Paceville, where you’ll find a wide variety of restaurants, bars, casinos, and entertainment venues.

Getting around
Getting around is easy and convenient from this location. St. George’s Bay is only a 10-minute walk away, offering a sandy beach and plenty of seaside dining options. Public transport is readily available, with several bus stops nearby that connect you to Valletta, Sliema, and other key destinations across Malta. If you're renting a car, street parking is generally available in the area, and the apartment’s central position makes it a great starting point for exploring the rest of the island.

Age Requirement: The primary guest must be over 21 years old and will sign a short-term agreement at check-in for insurance, tax, and legal reasons.
Identification: All guests must provide a valid ID at check-in through a secure link. Failure to do so will result in denied entry.
Please be aware that ants can be a common issue during the warmer months on the island. We provide ant traps and repellent spray, which are generally effective, but you may still encounter ants during your stay.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
No pets are allowed.
No parties or loud noises are permitted. Please be considerate of our neighboUrs and keep noise to a minimum when entering and leaving the flat, especially after 11 pm.
No outside guests are allowed in the apartment without prior written approval to comply with police regulations.
The final cleaning fee covers general checkout cleaning. Please keep the place reasonably clean and tidy, and ensure the kitchen is clean (no dirty dishes or leftover garbage). Additional charges may apply if this is not adhered to.
The septic system is effective but can become clogged if improper materials are flushed. Only toilet paper should be flushed; feminine products should never be flushed. Damages due to improper use may result in additional charges.
Lost Keys or Lockouts: A €100 fee per key set will be charged for replacements.
Utility Bills for Long Stays: For stays of 30 days or more, the client will be responsible for paying utility bills on top of the agreed rental fee, based on actual consumption at the end of the stay.
