Our home is designed to blend relaxation with convenience. The bright, airy living space opens directly onto two private balconies where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a sunset drink overlooking the turquoise waters.
-Primary Bedroom: A peaceful sanctuary featuring a comfortable King-size bed and full air-conditioning.
-Second Bedroom: Perfect for friends or children, equipped with two cozy single beds and full air-conditioning.
-Living Area: A spacious, sun-drenched room featuring a sofa bed that comfortably accommodates two additional guests.
-Bathrooms: The apartment includes one full modern bathroom and an additional guest toilet for extra convenience.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor and is easily accessible via a modern elevator, ensuring a seamless arrival for you and your luggage.
Access
The entire apartment is exclusively yours to enjoy. Check-in is available from 3 PM to midnight via self check-in. For early or late check-ins, please request approval at least 24 hours before arrival. A secure link will be sent to you to provide your information and confirm your arrival time.
Interaction
We respect your privacy but are always available via the Airbnb app or phone should you need recommendations or assistance during your stay.
The Neighborhood
Located in the charming village of Mellieħa, Seabreeze Court sits in one of Malta’s most picturesque locations. You are just a short distance from Ghadira Bay, the island's largest sandy beach. The area is famous for its hilltop church, historic Red Tower, and a fantastic selection of traditional Maltese restaurants and trendy cafes.
Getting Around
Mellieħa is well-connected by public transport, with bus stops nearby that take you directly to Valletta, Sliema, or the Cirkewwa Ferry Terminal (for trips to Gozo and Comino). While many local shops and restaurants are within walking distance, renting a car is recommended if you wish to explore the hidden coves and historical sites of northern Malta with ease.
Important Notes – Please Read Carefully
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and will be required to sign a short-term rental agreement upon check-in for insurance and legal purposes. All guests must provide a valid ID via a secure link prior to arrival. Ants can occasionally appear during the warmer months. We provide traps and repellent spray, but some presence is still possible. No smoking, pets, parties, or loud noises are allowed, especially after 11 PM. No external guests are permitted without prior written approval, in compliance with local police regulations. The final cleaning fee covers standard checkout cleaning. Guests are expected to leave the apartment reasonably tidy, with a clean kitchen and no leftover garbage. Additional charges may apply otherwise. Only toilet paper should be flushed; no sanitary products or foreign items. Damages due to misuse may result in additional charges. Lost keys or lockouts will incur a €100 replacement fee per key set. For stays of 30 days or more, utility bills are not included and will be charged separately based on actual consumption.
