The Space
Perched on the 4th floor (fully accessible via elevator), this elegantly furnished apartment is designed to host up to 5 guests with maximum comfort. The layout features a master bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a second bedroom with a cozy single bed, and a bright open-plan living area with a double sofa bed. The apartment includes two full bathrooms: one with a bathtub for relaxing soaks and a second with a walk-in shower. The private balcony is equipped with a table and chairs, making it ideal for alfresco dining or enjoying the evening breeze. The apartment is fully equipped for long or short stays, featuring high-speed Wi-Fi, Air Conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The modern kitchen includes a dishwasher, while a washing machine is available for your laundry needs.

Access

We respect your privacy but are always available via message or phone should you need recommendations or assistance during your stay.

Located at Triq It-Tamar, you are situated in one of Malta’s most vibrant seaside towns. St. Paul’s Bay offers a wonderful mix of traditional charm and modern amenities. You are just a short stroll away from the promenade, local seafood restaurants, lively bars, and rocky beaches. The famous Bugibba Square is within walking distance, offering entertainment for all ages.
Getting Around
Public transport is highly efficient here; several bus stops are nearby, connecting you to Valletta, Mdina, and the ferry terminal for Gozo and Comino. If you choose to rent a car, street parking is available in the surrounding areas.
Important Notes – Please Read Carefully
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and will be required to sign a short-term rental agreement upon check-in for insurance and legal purposes. All guests must provide a valid ID via a secure link prior to arrival. Ants can occasionally appear during the warmer months. We provide traps and repellent spray, but some presence is still possible. No smoking, pets, parties, or loud noises are allowed, especially after 11 PM. No external guests are permitted without prior written approval, in compliance with local police regulations. The final cleaning fee covers standard checkout cleaning. Guests are expected to leave the apartment reasonably tidy, with a clean kitchen and no leftover garbage. Additional charges may apply otherwise. Only toilet paper should be flushed; no sanitary products or foreign items. Damages due to misuse may result in additional charges. Lost keys or lockouts will incur a €100 replacement fee per key set. For stays of 30 days or more, utility bills are not included and will be charged separately based on actual consumption.
