The heart of the home is the fully equipped kitchen, where you can prepare fresh local seafood or a quick breakfast before heading to the beach. One of the property’s standout features is the private internal courtyard. Furnished with stylish outdoor pieces, this secluded nook is the ideal spot for your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine under the stars. A clean, modern bathroom with a walk-in shower completes the interior layout.

Access
The entire apartment is exclusively yours to enjoy. Check-in is available from 3 PM to midnight via self check-in. For early or late check-ins, please request approval at least 24 hours before arrival. A secure link will be sent to you to provide your information and confirm your arrival time.

You are just steps away from local bistros, traditional pastizzerias, and upscale dining, all while enjoying a slightly more tranquil residential feel than the busier tourist hubs.

Getting Around
The apartment is well-connected by public transport, with several bus stops nearby providing direct links to the sandy beaches of the North (Ghadira Bay and Golden Bay) or the historic capital, Valletta. For those who enjoy walking, the scenic promenade leads you straight into the lively areas of Bugibba and Qawra.

Important Notes – Please Read Carefully
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and will be required to sign a short-term rental agreement upon check-in for insurance and legal purposes. All guests must provide a valid ID via a secure link prior to arrival. Ants can occasionally appear during the warmer months. We provide traps and repellent spray, but some presence is still possible. No smoking, pets, parties, or loud noises are allowed, especially after 11 PM. No external guests are permitted without prior written approval, in compliance with local police regulations. The final cleaning fee covers standard checkout cleaning. Guests are expected to leave the apartment reasonably tidy, with a clean kitchen and no leftover garbage. Additional charges may apply otherwise. Only toilet paper should be flushed; no sanitary products or foreign items. Damages due to misuse may result in additional charges. Lost keys or lockouts will incur a €100 replacement fee per key set. For stays of 30 days or more, utility bills are not included and will be charged separately based on actual consumption.
