Located on Triq Parades, you are perfectly positioned in one of Malta’s most beloved coastal towns. St. Paul’s Bay offers a charming mix of traditional Maltese character and modern convenience. Within walking distance, you’ll find rocky beaches, crystal-clear swimming spots, and a vibrant promenade lined with cafes and seafood restaurants.
Getting Around
The apartment is well-connected by public transport, with several bus stops nearby providing direct routes to the sandy beaches of the North (Golden Bay/Mellieha), the Gozo ferry, and Valletta. Street parking is available in the surrounding area.
Important Notes – Please Read Carefully
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and will be required to sign a short-term rental agreement upon check-in for insurance and legal purposes.
All guests must provide a valid ID via a secure link prior to arrival.
Ants can occasionally appear during the warmer months. We provide traps and repellent spray, but some presence is still possible.
No smoking, pets, parties, or loud noises are allowed, especially after 11 PM.
No external guests are permitted without prior written approval, in compliance with local police regulations.
The final cleaning fee covers standard checkout cleaning. Guests are expected to leave the apartment reasonably tidy, with a clean kitchen and no leftover garbage. Additional charges may apply otherwise.
Only toilet paper should be flushed; no sanitary products or foreign items. Damages due to misuse may result in additional charges.
Lost keys or lockouts will incur a €100 replacement fee per key set.
For stays of 30 days or more, utility bills are not included and will be charged separately based on actual consumption.
