Welcome to your home away from home in beautiful Sliema. This bright and spacious three bedroom apartment is designed for comfort and convenience, making it the ideal base for families, friends or business travellers. Located on the second floor of a modern building with elevator access, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to five guests.

The Space
The property features two bedrooms with double size beds and a third bedroom with a single bed. The master bedroom also includes its own private ensuite bathroom, while two additional full bathrooms ensure plenty of space for everyone. The fully equipped kitchen comes with an oven, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, giving you everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

A spacious living and dining area provides the perfect space to relax after a day of exploring, and air conditioning throughout the apartment ensures comfort in every season. For added convenience, the apartment also offers a washing machine and dryer.

Access
The entire apartment is exclusively yours to enjoy.
Check-in is available from 3 PM to midnight via self check-in.
For early or late check-ins, please request approval at least 24 hours before arrival.

The Neighborhood
The apartment is located in the heart of Sliema, one of Malta’s most vibrant and desirable coastal towns. The area is known for its long seaside promenade, modern cafés, trendy restaurants and excellent shopping options. Within a few minutes’ walk, you will find supermarkets, pharmacies, beach clubs, and all daily essentials. Sliema is lively yet safe, with a relaxed atmosphere that makes it perfect for both holidaymakers and long stay visitors.

The Sliema seafront is ideal for morning walks, swimming, or enjoying sunset views over the Mediterranean. From here, you can also access rocky beaches, lidos, and the picturesque marina. The neighbourhood blends modern lifestyle with island charm, offering everything you need within easy reach.

Getting Around
Sliema is one of the best connected towns in Malta, making it easy to explore the island’s main attractions.

Valletta
The capital city is just a short trip away. You can reach Valletta in 8 minutes by ferry, which departs regularly from Sliema Ferries. Alternatively, buses to Valletta run frequently and take around 15 to 20 minutes.

St Julian’s & Paceville
Malta’s nightlife and entertainment district is only a 5 minute bus ride or a 15 minute walk along the promenade.

Beaches
Popular swimming spots such as Exiles, Fond Ghadir and St George’s Bay are nearby and can be reached on foot or by a quick bus ride.

Airport
Malta International Airport is about 20 to 25 minutes by taxi. For public transport, buses operate regularly and the journey takes around 40 minutes.

Public Transport
Sliema Ferries is one of the main bus hubs on the island, with routes connecting you to Mdina, Rabat, Golden Bay, Mellieha and most major landmarks. Buses are frequent and reliable, making it easy to explore without a car.

Important Notes – Please Read Carefully
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and will be required to sign a short-term rental agreement upon check-in for insurance and legal purposes.
All guests must provide a valid ID via a secure link prior to arrival.
Ants can occasionally appear during the warmer months. We provide traps and repellent spray, but some presence is still possible.
No smoking, pets, parties, or loud noises are allowed, especially after 11 PM.
No external guests are permitted without prior written approval, in compliance with local police regulations.
The final cleaning fee covers standard checkout cleaning. Guests are expected to leave the apartment reasonably tidy, with a clean kitchen and no leftover garbage. Additional charges may apply otherwise.
Only toilet paper should be flushed; no sanitary products or foreign items. Damages due to misuse may result in additional charges.
Lost keys or lockouts will incur a €100 replacement fee per key set.
For stays of 30 days or more, utility bills are not included and will be charged separately based on actual consumption.

We are not liable for:
Service disruptions from third-party providers (Wi-Fi, electricity, water, gas);
Sudden malfunctions of appliances (e.g., air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, etc.) which may fail due to wear and tear. We ensure all are in working condition upon arrival and will do our best to resolve issues quickly, though immediate repair may not always be possible;
External noise (from neighbors, construction, or other sources not under our control).
