If you're arriving by car, street parking is available in Valletta. White-marked spots are free to use anytime, while blue-marked spots are available between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Avoid green and yellow spaces as they’re reserved for residents. Note: parking within city walls may be subject to CVA charges.
To accommodate additional guests, there’s a comfortable sofa bed in the living room – the apartment can host up to four guests.

For early or late check-ins, please request approval at least 24 hours before arrival.

Neighbourhood
Located in the heart of Valletta – Malta’s capital and a UNESCO World Heritage site – the apartment offers immediate access to a city rich in history and charm. Known as “Città Umilissima”, Valletta was founded in 1566 by Grand Master Jean Parisot de la Valette and built in just 15 years. Perched between Marsamxett and Grand Harbour, the city is full of majestic bastions, forts, and stunning architecture – truly an open-air museum.
Getting Around
Public transport in Malta and Gozo is efficient and affordable, with buses reaching most tourist destinations. The main bus terminal is within walking distance of the apartment.
To reach Sliema or the Three Cities, we recommend the ferry – a faster and scenic alternative.
Car rentals can also be arranged – just contact Ana, Vero, or Denis via phone or email.
Important Notes – Please Read Carefully
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and will be required to sign a short-term rental agreement upon check-in for insurance and legal purposes.
All guests must provide a valid ID via a secure link prior to arrival.
Ants can occasionally appear during the warmer months. We provide traps and repellent spray, but some presence is still possible.
No smoking, pets, parties, or loud noises are allowed, especially after 11 PM.
No external guests are permitted without prior written approval, in compliance with local police regulations.
The final cleaning fee covers standard checkout cleaning. Guests are expected to leave the apartment reasonably tidy, with a clean kitchen and no leftover garbage. Additional charges may apply otherwise.
Only toilet paper should be flushed; no sanitary products or foreign items. Damages due to misuse may result in additional charges.
Lost keys or lockouts will incur a €100 replacement fee per key set.
For stays of 30 days or more, utility bills are not included and will be charged separately based on actual consumption.
We are not liable for:
Service disruptions from third-party providers (Wi-Fi, electricity, water, gas);
Sudden malfunctions of appliances (e.g., air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, etc.) which may fail due to wear and tear. We ensure all are in working condition upon arrival and will do our best to resolve issues quickly, though immediate repair may not always be possible;
External noise (from neighbors, construction, or other sources not under our control).
