This lovely apartment is located on the third floor of a recently renovated building and is perfectly suited for families or groups of friends looking for comfort and style. Please note that the building does not feature an elevator.

The apartment includes three comfortable bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds, providing plenty of room for everyone. The living area is filled with natural light and features a small sofa bed suitable for one child, bringing the total capacity to six adults plus one child. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances so you can easily prepare meals and enjoy casual dining at home.

There are two modern bathrooms, each fitted with a shower and essential amenities. You can also unwind outdoors on the balcony, furnished with table and chairs—perfect for enjoying breakfast or relaxing with a drink.

Entertainment and comfort are guaranteed with a TV, high-speed WiFi, and air conditioning.

Access
The apartment is entirely and exclusively for you.
Self check-in is available between 3 PM and 11 PM.
Guests must complete their details via a secure link before arrival.

Neighbourhood
Just steps away from Bugibba Square and the stunning seafront, you'll find everything within easy reach: shops, cafés, restaurants, and even some of the best ice cream on the island. Beautiful beaches and a lively promenade are all around you. The main bus terminal is a short walk away, offering excellent connections around Malta.

Getting Around
Malta’s public transport system is budget-friendly, efficient, and covers all major tourist areas—making it a convenient way to explore the island.

Environmental Contribution
A government tax of €0.50 per person per night applies to all guests aged 18 and over staying in Malta.

Lead Guest
The lead guest must be at least 21 years old and will be asked to sign a short-term rental agreement for insurance and legal purposes.

Ant Notice
During warmer months, ants may appear. We provide traps and spray, although occasional sightings may still occur.

No smoking and no pets
No parties or loud noise — please respect our neighbors, especially after 11 PM
No visitors without prior written approval, as required by local regulations
Final cleaning is included but please keep the apartment tidy. Extra fees may apply if it is left excessively dirty or with unwashed dishes and trash.
Lost keys or lockouts incur a €100 replacement fee per key set.
For stays over 30 days, utility bills are charged separately based on actual usage.
