Please note: the building does not have an elevator.

Space
The apartment offers three comfortable bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds, providing plenty of room for everyone. The inviting living area includes a small sofa bed suitable for one child, allowing for a maximum of six adults and one child. A modern, fully equipped kitchen makes cooking and dining at home easy and enjoyable.

There are two bathrooms, each featuring a shower and essential amenities. You can also unwind on the furnished balcony — perfect for a morning coffee or an evening drink.

Environmental Contribution
In line with Maltese regulations, all guests aged 18+ must pay an Environmental Contribution of €0.50 per person per night.
Lead Guest
The lead guest must be at least 21 years old and will be asked to sign a short-term rental agreement on arrival for legal, fiscal, and insurance purposes.
Ants Notice
During warmer months, ants can occasionally appear. We provide ant traps and repellent spray for your convenience, although presence of some ants may still occur.
🏠 House Rules
No smoking or pets allowed
No parties or loud noise — please be respectful of neighbours, especially after 11 PM
Visitors are not allowed without prior written approval (as per local police regulations)
The cleaning fee covers standard checkout cleaning. Extra charges may apply if the apartment is left excessively dirty or if dishes/garbage are not managed
Lost keys or lockouts: €100 per key set
For stays over 30 nights: utilities will be charged separately based on actual consumption
