⚠️ IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Lead Guest Requirements:
The main guest must be at least 21 years old and provide valid ID through a secure link. Access will be denied otherwise.
Ants Alert:
During warmer months, ants can occasionally appear on the island. We provide traps and repellent spray, which are usually effective, though you may still encounter a few.

House Rules
No smoking or pets allowed.
No parties or loud noises. Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 11 PM.
Visitors are not allowed without prior written approval, in accordance with local regulations.

Cleaning and Other Charges
The final cleaning fee covers general post-check-out cleaning. Please leave the apartment tidy, particularly the kitchen. Additional fees may apply if the property is left excessively dirty or with unwashed dishes and rubbish.

Lost keys or lockouts will incur a €100 replacement fee per key set.
Utility Bills for Long Stays: For stays over 30 days, utility usage is charged separately, based on actual consumption.

Please be considerate of neighbours and keep shared areas (stairs, hallways) clean.
