Cleaning and Other Charges
The final cleaning fee covers general post-check-out cleaning. Please leave the apartment tidy, particularly the kitchen. Additional fees may apply if the property is left excessively dirty or with unwashed dishes and rubbish.
Lost keys or lockouts will incur a €100 replacement fee per key set.
Utility Bills for Long Stays: For stays over 30 days, utility usage is charged separately, based on actual consumption.
Please be considerate of neighbours and keep shared areas (stairs, hallways) clean.
