The living room provides a cozy area to relax after a day at the beach, while the fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need to prepare meals at home, including stove, oven and fridge. The apartment also includes a practical bathroom and a washing machine, which is especially useful for longer stays.

House Rules & Important Information
🔞 Age Requirement:
The primary guest must be 21 years or older and will be required to sign a short-term rental agreement at check-in for insurance, tax, and legal purposes.

🆔 Identification:
All guests must provide a valid ID at check-in through a secure link. Failure to do so will result in denied entry.

🐜 Ants Notice:
Ants can be a common occurrence during the warmer months on the island. We provide ant traps and repellent spray, which are generally effective, but you may still encounter some during your stay.

🚭 Smoking Policy:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

🐶 Pets:
No pets are allowed.

🔇 Noise & Guest Policy:
No parties or loud noises are permitted. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise levels low, especially after 11 PM.
No outside guests are allowed without prior written approval, in compliance with police regulations.

🧹 Cleaning & Maintenance:
The final cleaning fee covers standard checkout cleaning.
Please keep the apartment reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring the kitchen is clean (no dirty dishes or leftover garbage). Additional charges may apply if these conditions are not met.

🚽 Plumbing & Septic System:
The septic system is effective but sensitive. Only toilet paper should be flushed.
Do not flush feminine products or any other items, as this may cause blockages, resulting in additional charges.

🔑 Lost Keys & Lockouts:
A €100 fee per key set will be charged for replacements in case of loss or lockouts.

⚡ Utility Bills (for Long Stays):
For stays of 30 days or more, guests will be responsible for paying utility bills based on actual consumption, in addition to the agreed rental fee.
