This property uses remote (self) check-in. To receive access to the apartment, every guest must complete the online upload of a valid ID document and a real-time identity verification with our operations center before entry. Access credentials are released only once the verification has been successfully completed.
Please confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. Check-ins outside the 3 PM–midnight window must be arranged and approved at least 24 hours ahead. No check-ins after midnight PM, unless agreed upon in advance.

Rocky beaches offer easy access to swimming, and the ferry to Valletta is just minutes away on foot. The area is lively and central, an ideal base for both leisure and business travellers.
Getting Around
Sliema is very walkable, and it's also well-connected by public transport. Bus routes take you to Valletta, St Julian's, Mdina and beyond. Taxi apps like Bolt are widely used and fast. Electric bikes and car-sharing services are also available. You'll find a list of useful apps and transport tips in the apartment.
Important Notes – Please Read Carefully
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and will be required to sign a short-term rental agreement upon check-in for insurance and legal purposes. All guests must provide a valid ID via a secure link prior to arrival. Ants can occasionally appear during the warmer months. We provide traps and repellent spray, but some presence is still possible. No smoking, pets, parties, or loud noises are allowed, especially after 11 PM. No external guests are permitted without prior written approval, in compliance with local police regulations. The final cleaning fee covers standard checkout cleaning. Guests are expected to leave the apartment reasonably tidy, with a clean kitchen and no leftover garbage. Additional charges may apply otherwise. Only toilet paper should be flushed; no sanitary products or foreign items. Damages due to misuse may result in additional charges. Lost keys or lockouts will incur a €100 replacement fee per key set. For stays of 30 days or more, utility bills are not included and will be charged separately based on actual consumption.
