The apartment accommodates up to 3 guests (or 4 if you have 2 kids) and includes:

🍳 Fully equipped kitchen
🌿 Traditional Maltese balcony, ideal to soak in the historic atmosphere
⚠️ Please note: the apartment has no elevator and no air conditioning.

📍 The apartment is located right next to the famous market Is-Suq tal-Belt, which gives you a unique experience of Valletta’s vibrant atmosphere — but please note it may be a bit noisy at times.

The entire apartment is exclusively yours to enjoy.
Check-in is available from 3 PM to midnight via self check-in.
For early or late check-ins, please request approval at least 24 hours before arrival.

The Neighborhood
Valletta is a UNESCO World Heritage city, full of history, culture, and Mediterranean charm. Stroll through its narrow streets and admire baroque palaces, churches, picturesque squares, and the famous colorful balconies. Just a short walk from the apartment, you’ll find local restaurants, cafés, wine bars, and boutiques, as well as major attractions such as St John’s Co-Cathedral, the Upper Barrakka Gardens, and the Grand Harbour.
🚌 Getting Around
Thanks to its central location, getting around from Valletta is very easy:
🚶♂️ The entire city center is easily explored on foot
🚌 The main bus terminal of Malta is only a few minutes away, with connections to all parts of the island (Sliema, St Julian’s, Mdina, and the north and south beaches)
⛴️ Ferries depart from the harbor to Sliema and the Three Cities, a scenic way to explore the area
🚕 Taxis and ride-hailing apps such as Bolt and Uber are always available
Important Notes – Please Read Carefully
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and will be required to sign a short-term rental agreement upon check-in for insurance and legal purposes.
All guests must provide a valid ID via a secure link prior to arrival.
Ants can occasionally appear during the warmer months. We provide traps and repellent spray, but some presence is still possible.
No smoking, pets, parties, or loud noises are allowed, especially after 11 PM.
No external guests are permitted without prior written approval, in compliance with local police regulations.
The final cleaning fee covers standard checkout cleaning. Guests are expected to leave the apartment reasonably tidy, with a clean kitchen and no leftover garbage. Additional charges may apply otherwise.
Only toilet paper should be flushed; no sanitary products or foreign items. Damages due to misuse may result in additional charges.
Lost keys or lockouts will incur a €100 replacement fee per key set.
For stays of 30 days or more, utility bills are not included and will be charged separately based on actual consumption.
We are not liable for:
Service disruptions from third-party providers (Wi-Fi, electricity, water, gas);
Sudden malfunctions of appliances (e.g., air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, etc.) which may fail due to wear and tear. We ensure all are in working condition upon arrival and will do our best to resolve issues quickly, though immediate repair may not always be possible;
External noise (from neighbors, construction, or other sources not under our control).
