Designed to accommodate up to 4 guests, the apartment features two spacious bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed and stylish furnishings.
The bright and airy living area overlooks the marina and provides the perfect space to unwind after a day of exploring.
The apartment also boasts a small balcony with breathtaking views, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening drink.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, coffee machine, utensils, and cookware for preparing meals at your convenience.

Check-in is available from 3 PM to midnight via self check-in.

With its narrow cobbled streets, baroque buildings, and stunning views over the Grand Harbour, it’s the perfect location for those seeking culture, history, and tranquility.
Enjoy peaceful walks along the marina, discover local restaurants, or hop on a ferry to reach Valletta in just a few minutes.

Getting Around
The area is well connected by bus and ferry. The Valletta ferry terminal is just a short walk away.
Malta International Airport is approximately a 20-minute drive or taxi ride.

Important Notes – Please Read Carefully
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and will be required to sign a short-term rental agreement upon check-in for insurance and legal purposes.
All guests must provide a valid ID via a secure link prior to arrival.
Ants can occasionally appear during the warmer months. We provide traps and repellent spray, but some presence is still possible.
No smoking, pets, parties, or loud noises are allowed, especially after 11 PM.
No external guests are permitted without prior written approval, in compliance with local police regulations.
The final cleaning fee covers standard checkout cleaning. Guests are expected to leave the apartment reasonably tidy, with a clean kitchen and no leftover garbage. Additional charges may apply otherwise.
Only toilet paper should be flushed; no sanitary products or foreign items. Damages due to misuse may result in additional charges.
Lost keys or lockouts will incur a €100 replacement fee per key set.
For stays of 30 days or more, utility bills are not included and will be charged separately based on actual consumption.

We are not liable for:
Service disruptions from third-party providers (Wi-Fi, electricity, water, gas);
Sudden malfunctions of appliances (e.g., air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, etc.) which may fail due to wear and tear. We ensure all are in working condition upon arrival and will do our best to resolve issues quickly, though immediate repair may not always be possible;
External noise (from neighbors, construction, or other sources not under our control).
