The apartment offers a pleasant Maltese atmosphere, with a spacious living room including two sofas (one converts to a sofa bed), a large flat-screen TV, dining table, and balcony access.

The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster, a dining island, and a covered balcony.

There are two bedrooms, each with television and private balcony—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The apartment has a spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub, an additional guest bathroom with toilet and sink, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

Each room has its own balcony, air conditioning throughout, and high-speed internet.

Access
The apartment is completely private and exclusively yours. For added convenience, access is via self-check-in. You will receive a secure link to upload your IDs and receive instructions. Check-in is between 3 PM and midnight.

Neighborhood
The property enjoys a central location close to many amenities and is just a short distance from supermarkets, entertainment, restaurants, beaches, and tourist sites. Only a 10-minute walk to beaches and the St Julians/Paceville area.
Street parking is available.

Getting around
Easy access by public buses, taxis, electronic scooters, or on foot. A multi-story car park is located just 5 minutes away, and street parking is also freely available. A bus stop and taxi services are within a 5-minute walk, making it easy to reach cultural attractions and beaches. A bus stop directly opposite the apartment connects the entire island from north to south!

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Age Requirement: The main guest must be at least 21 years old and will be required to sign a short-term rental agreement at check-in for insurance, tax, and legal purposes.
Identification: All guests must provide a valid ID at check-in via a secure link. Failure to do so will result in denied entry.
Ants Notice: Please note that during the warmer months, the presence of ants on the island is common. We provide generally effective traps and repellent sprays, but you may still encounter ants during your stay.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Noise and Parties: Parties and loud noises are not permitted. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum when entering or leaving the apartment, especially after 11:00 PM.
Outside Guests: Entry of non-registered guests into the apartment is not allowed without prior written authorization, in compliance with police regulations.
Final Cleaning Fee: The cleaning fee covers general cleaning at check-out. Please leave the accommodation reasonably clean and tidy, with the kitchen clean (no dirty dishes or trash). Additional charges may apply otherwise.
Plumbing: The sewage system is efficient but may clog if inappropriate materials are flushed. Only toilet paper may be disposed of in the toilet—never flush feminine hygiene products. Misuse resulting in damage will incur additional charges.
Lost Keys or Lockouts: A fee of €100 will be charged for each set of lost keys or for lockouts requiring assistance.
Utilities for Long Stays: For stays of 30 days or more, utility bills will be charged to the guest in addition to the agreed rental rate, based on actual consumption at the end of the stay.

There is no lifeguard on duty; you (the renter) are responsible for the safety of the pool and all persons using it during the stay.
Using the pool involves risks, including but not limited to:
Risk of injury due to equipment malfunction;
Risk of injury from slips or falls in the pool area;
Risk of collisions between unsupervised swimmers and divers;
Other risks associated with any activity in the pool.
You acknowledge and fully understand that this list is not exhaustive of all possible risks.
