The bright living area is designed for both relaxation and social time with a comfortable seating area and a dining space ideal for shared meals. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for home cooking and longer stays including a washing machine for added convenience.
The apartment is fully air conditioned throughout ensuring a comfortable stay all year round. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light creating a welcoming and airy atmosphere.

Getting Around
Bugibba is also an excellent base for exploring the rest of Malta. Several bus routes run frequently through the area, connecting you directly to key destinations such as Valletta, Sliema, St Julian’s, Mdina and Mellieha beaches. Bus stops are located just a short walk from the apartment, making public transport easy and convenient.
For those travelling by car, the area is easily accessible and offers good road connections to all parts of the island. Taxis and ride hailing services are also widely available and affordable.

The primary guest must be 21 years or older and will sign a short-term agreement upon check-in for insurance, tax, and legal compliance.
All guests must provide valid ID through a secure link before check-in. Failure to do so will result in denied entry.
Ants may occasionally appear during warmer months. We provide ant traps and repellents, but occasional sightings may still occur.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
No pets allowed.
No parties or loud noise permitted. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 11 PM.
No outside visitors are allowed without prior written approval (police regulations).
The final cleaning fee covers standard cleaning. Guests are expected to leave the apartment tidy, with the kitchen cleaned and no garbage left behind. Additional cleaning charges may apply if these guidelines are not followed.
Only toilet paper should be flushed. Feminine products and other items must be disposed of in bins to avoid plumbing damage (which may result in extra charges).
Lost keys or lockouts will incur a €100 replacement fee per set.
For stays of 30+ days, utility bills (based on actual consumption) are charged separately from the rental fee.
