Relax and experience authentic Valletta in this unique apartment, perfectly located just 3 minutes from the city’s main square. Recently renovated and fully air-conditioned, this designer-finished second-floor apartment offers scenic city views.

This charming one-bedroom home is part of an old palatial residence that has been converted into apartments. Thoughtfully restored and decorated with artwork from both local and international artists, it has been designed by a talented artist and designer.

Located on the ground floor, it features original patterned tiles and a traditional stone façade. The bright living room adds a refined touch that blends beautifully with the apartment’s lofty, vintage atmosphere. A small balcony provides the perfect spot for your morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

The apartment includes a kitchen-living-dining area, one double bedroom and one bathroom with a shower. Upon request, a baby cot and high chair can be provided.

The kitchen is equipped with a built-in fridge-freezer, coffee machine, electric hob, toaster, kettle, cooking pots and utensils. Amenities include a TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi, washing machine and full air-conditioning (cooling/heating). Clean linen and towels are provided.

Access
The entire apartment is exclusively yours to enjoy.
Check-in is available from 3 PM to Midnight, facilitated by self-check-in.
Please request and obtain approval for any early or late check-ins at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Neighborhood
This is one of Valletta’s most charming and photogenic neighborhoods. Just 3 minutes from the main square, it still retains a peaceful, village-like feel. Its narrow streets, historic buildings and beautiful churches make it a magical place to explore.

Ants Alert:
During warmer months, ants may appear. We provide traps and repellent spray, which are generally effective, but occasional sightings are still possible.

House Rules:
No smoking or pets
No parties or loud noise
Please respect the neighbors and avoid noise in shared areas, especially after 11 PM
Visitors are not allowed without prior written approval (as required by local police regulations)
The final cleaning fee covers general check-out cleaning. Please keep the apartment tidy, especially the kitchen. Extra charges may apply for excessive mess or unwashed dishes.
Lost keys or lockouts incur a €100 replacement fee per key set.
For stays longer than 30 days, utility bills are charged separately based on actual consumption.
Consideration for Neighbors:
Please keep shared areas such as the lift and stairways clean.
