Space
Situated on the first floor of a charming building (please note, there is no elevator), the apartment features two spacious bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed, making it ideal for couples, friends, or small families. There are two modern bathrooms, both equipped with showers for added convenience.
The large and bright living room offers a welcoming space to relax after a day of exploring, and the fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals at your leisure. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning for your comfort, a washer and dryer, and convenient self check-in, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
With its central location, you'll have all of Valletta's attractions right at your doorstep, from stunning historical sites to charming cafes and restaurants.

Access
The entire apartment is exclusively yours to enjoy.
Check-in is available from 3 PM to Midnight, facilitated by self-check-in.
Please request and obtain approval for any early or late check-ins at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
A secure link will be sent to you to provide your information and confirm your arrival time.

Neighborhood

Explore landmarks like St. John’s Co-Cathedral and the Grandmaster’s Palace, or enjoy scenic walks along the waterfront.

Getting around
Valletta is well-connected by public buses, with the main terminal at Triton Fountain. Ferries to Sliema and the Three Cities offer beautiful views, and taxis or ride-hailing services are easily available. The airport is just a 20-minute drive or bus ride away.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Age Requirement: The primary guest must be over 21 years old and will sign a short-term agreement at check-in for insurance, tax, and legal reasons.
Identification: All guests must provide a valid ID at check-in through a secure link. Failure to do so will result in denied entry.
Please be aware that ants can be a common issue during the warmer months on the island. We provide ant traps and repellent spray, which are generally effective, but you may still encounter ants during your stay.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
No pets are allowed.
No parties or loud noises are permitted. Please be considerate of our neighboUrs and keep noise to a minimum when entering and leaving the flat, especially after 11 pm.
No outside guests are allowed in the apartment without prior written approval to comply with police regulations.
The final cleaning fee covers general checkout cleaning. Please keep the place reasonably clean and tidy, and ensure the kitchen is clean (no dirty dishes or leftover garbage). Additional charges may apply if this is not adhered to.
The septic system is effective but can become clogged if improper materials are flushed. Only toilet paper should be flushed; feminine products should never be flushed. Damages due to improper use may result in additional charges.
Lost Keys or Lockouts: A €100 fee per key set will be charged for replacements.
Utility Bills for Long Stays: For stays of 30 days or more, the client will be responsible for paying utility bills on top of the agreed rental fee, based on actual consumption at the end of the stay.

Disclaimer: Please note that we are not liable for: 1) faults caused by third-party providers (WiFi, water, gas, electricity); 2) sudden faults in appliances such as the air conditioner, heating, washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, cooker, and television, which are subject to wear and tear and may not function during your stay. While we ensure these appliances are in working order upon your arrival and will do our best to rectify any issues that arise, we cannot be held responsible if spare parts are unavailable or specialized contractors are not immediately available; 3) noises caused by neighbors, construction sites, or anything not directly related to the property itself.
