Welcome to your perfect getaway in Bay's Square, the vibrant heart of St. Paul’s Bay. This bright and modern one-bedroom apartment is located directly on Bugibba’s main Piazza, placing you just steps away from the area's best cafés, restaurants, bars, shops, and the scenic promenade. With the bus stop and tour operators right outside your door, it’s the ideal base to explore all that Malta has to offer.
Space
Inside, you'll find a welcoming open-plan living area featuring a Smart TV and WiFi, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a kettle, toaster, oven, hob, fridge, and freezer, and includes a cozy dining area for two. Step out onto the private balcony overlooking the lively square—an ideal spot for morning coffee or an evening drink while soaking up the atmosphere.
The bedroom features a double bed that can be separated into two single beds upon request, while the living room offers a comfortable sofa bed to accommodate additional guests. Air conditioning and heating ensure a pleasant stay year-round, and you’ll also have access to an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer for your convenience.
The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator. However, please note that there are approximately 20 steps to reach the lift from the entrance.
Please note: Bay’s Square is currently undergoing a refurbishment to enhance the area. While some works may be visible or heard during the day, this exciting project will soon transform the square into a more beautiful and welcoming space—perfect for future visitors. Most businesses around the square remain open and fully operational.

The entire apartment is exclusively yours to enjoy.
Check-in is available from 3 PM to Midnight, facilitated by self-check-in.
Please request and obtain approval for any early or late check-ins at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Getting around
You're just a 1-minute walk to the Bugibba Bus Terminus, making it easy to travel across the island. The scenic seafront promenade and swimming zones are only a 3-minute walk away. Bugibba Water Park is about 5 minutes on foot, and the Malta National Aquarium can be reached in just 10 minutes. For nightlife lovers, Qawra’s bars and beach clubs are only a 12-minute stroll, while Valletta and Mdina can be reached in under an hour by bus or car. Malta International Airport is approximately 35 minutes away by taxi or car.

Age Requirement: The primary guest must be over 21 years old and will sign a short-term agreement at check-in for insurance, tax, and legal reasons.
Identification: All guests must provide a valid ID at check-in through a secure link. Failure to do so will result in denied entry.
Please be aware that ants can be a common issue during the warmer months on the island. We provide ant traps and repellent spray, which are generally effective, but you may still encounter ants during your stay.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
No pets are allowed.
No parties or loud noises are permitted. Please be considerate of our neighboUrs and keep noise to a minimum when entering and leaving the flat, especially after 11 pm.
No outside guests are allowed in the apartment without prior written approval to comply with police regulations.
The final cleaning fee covers general checkout cleaning. Please keep the place reasonably clean and tidy, and ensure the kitchen is clean (no dirty dishes or leftover garbage). Additional charges may apply if this is not adhered to.
The septic system is effective but can become clogged if improper materials are flushed. Only toilet paper should be flushed; feminine products should never be flushed. Damages due to improper use may result in additional charges.
Lost Keys or Lockouts: A €100 fee per key set will be charged for replacements.
Utility Bills for Long Stays: For stays of 30 days or more, the client will be responsible for paying utility bills on top of the agreed rental fee, based on actual consumption at the end of the stay.
