Welcome to our beautiful two-bedroom penthouse in the charming seaside town of Mellieha, Malta. Set on the sixth floor of a newly built development and easily accessible by elevator, this bright and spacious apartment offers a stylish retreat for up to four guests.

Both bedrooms are fitted with cozy double beds to ensure a restful night's sleep. There are two sleek bathrooms with showers—one of them ensuite—adding both privacy and convenience to your stay.

Check-in is available from 3 PM to Midnight, facilitated by self-check-in.
Please request and obtain approval for any early or late check-ins at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Age Requirement: The primary guest must be over 21 years old and will sign a short-term agreement at check-in for insurance, tax, and legal reasons.
Identification: All guests must provide a valid ID at check-in through a secure link. Failure to do so will result in denied entry.
Please be aware that ants can be a common issue during the warmer months on the island. We provide ant traps and repellent spray, which are generally effective, but you may still encounter ants during your stay.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
No pets are allowed.
No parties or loud noises are permitted. Please be considerate of our neighboUrs and keep noise to a minimum when entering and leaving the flat, especially after 11 pm.
No outside guests are allowed in the apartment without prior written approval to comply with police regulations.
The final cleaning fee covers general checkout cleaning. Please keep the place reasonably clean and tidy, and ensure the kitchen is clean (no dirty dishes or leftover garbage). Additional charges may apply if this is not adhered to.
The septic system is effective but can become clogged if improper materials are flushed. Only toilet paper should be flushed; feminine products should never be flushed. Damages due to improper use may result in additional charges.
Lost Keys or Lockouts: A €100 fee per key set will be charged for replacements.
Utility Bills for Long Stays: For stays of 30 days or more, the client will be responsible for paying utility bills on top of the agreed rental fee, based on actual consumption at the end of the stay.
