Welcome to our beautiful two-bedroom penthouse in the charming seaside town of Mellieha, Malta. Set on the sixth floor of a newly built development and easily accessible by elevator, this bright and spacious apartment offers a stylish retreat for up to four guests.

Inside, you’ll find a generous living area designed for relaxation, featuring a comfortable sofa and a TV perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The modern, fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need to prepare meals with ease, whether it’s a quick breakfast or a leisurely dinner.

Both bedrooms are fitted with cozy double beds to ensure a restful night's sleep. There are two sleek bathrooms with showers—one of them ensuite—adding both privacy and convenience to your stay.

Step out onto the large terrace to enjoy the Maltese sunshine, whether you're sipping your morning coffee or winding down with a drink in the evening. The apartment also includes air conditioning, a washing machine and dryer, high-speed WiFi, and a private garage for your convenience.

Check-in is available from 3 PM to Midnight, facilitated by self-check-in.
Please request and obtain approval for any early or late check-ins at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Getting around the island is simple thanks to Malta’s reliable and budget-friendly public bus system, which connects all major tourist spots. A number of routes run through Mellieha, making it easy to reach popular destinations like Valletta, Mdina, Sliema, and beyond—no car required.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Age Requirement: The primary guest must be over 21 years old and will sign a short-term agreement at check-in for insurance, tax, and legal reasons.
Identification: All guests must provide a valid ID at check-in through a secure link. Failure to do so will result in denied entry.
Please be aware that ants can be a common issue during the warmer months on the island. We provide ant traps and repellent spray, which are generally effective, but you may still encounter ants during your stay.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
No pets are allowed.
No parties or loud noises are permitted. Please be considerate of our neighboUrs and keep noise to a minimum when entering and leaving the flat, especially after 11 pm.
No outside guests are allowed in the apartment without prior written approval to comply with police regulations.
The final cleaning fee covers general checkout cleaning. Please keep the place reasonably clean and tidy, and ensure the kitchen is clean (no dirty dishes or leftover garbage). Additional charges may apply if this is not adhered to.
The septic system is effective but can become clogged if improper materials are flushed. Only toilet paper should be flushed; feminine products should never be flushed. Damages due to improper use may result in additional charges.
Lost Keys or Lockouts: A €100 fee per key set will be charged for replacements.
Utility Bills for Long Stays: For stays of 30 days or more, the client will be responsible for paying utility bills on top of the agreed rental fee, based on actual consumption at the end of the stay.
Disclaimer: Please note that we are not liable for: 1) faults caused by third-party providers (WiFi, water, gas, electricity); 2) sudden faults in appliances such as the air conditioner, heating, washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, cooker, and television, which are subject to wear and tear and may not function during your stay. While we ensure these appliances are in working order upon your arrival and will do our best to rectify any issues that arise, we cannot be held responsible if spare parts are unavailable or specialized contractors are not immediately available; 3) noises caused by neighbors, construction sites, or anything not directly related to the property itself.
