A very bright and spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse with a large open plan and nice terrace where you can relax after a long day of discovering the Maltese islands. Situated in a quiet part of Gzira, neighbouring Sliema, St. Julians and Paceville, the Maltese hub for shopping, cafes, restaurants and nightlife. Yet close to all amenities and a 5 minute walk from the waterfront.
Space
This spacious and modern two-bedroom penthouse is located within walking distance of the Gzira waterfront and close to numerous cafes, bars and restaurants. It is also minutes away from one of Malta's largest shopping centres, The Point Shopping Mall'. This bright and spacious flat is located on the 3rd floor, is served by a lift (see Notes) and is fully air-conditioned.
The flat consists of:
- a large open-plan kitchen/living/dining area leading to a spacious front balcony with outdoor furniture, a sofa bed (for one person only) and television, dining TV
- one bedroom with king-size bed and ensuite shower room
- one bedroom with a double bed and access to a walk-in wardrobe with travel cot and balcony.
- one family bathroom with bath tub/shower.
It can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people.
Other facilities include a washing machine, air conditioning in all rooms and free Wi-Fi.
Bed linen and towels are provided on arrival.
Perfect for spending a holiday in Malta as a family or with a group of friends.
NOTE: The flat is located on the third floor, although there is a lift, there is first a flight of stairs to reach the main entrance, then another 2 flights of stairs to reach the lift, which is very slow. It is therefore not ideal for elderly people or people with mobility problems.

Check-in time is from 3pm to Midnight with self check-in.

The apartment is centrally located in the centre of Gzira. Everything such as convenience shops, coffee shops even restaurants are at a walking distance.
Perfect and central place to be at, Sliema is always very close at around 5 minutes by walk, from which the ferry to Valetta can be taken.
Getting around
All bars, convenience stores and supermarkets are all at a walking distance from the apartment.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Age Requirement: The primary guest must be over 21 years old and will sign a short-term agreement at check-in for insurance, tax, and legal reasons.
Identification: All guests must provide a valid ID at check-in through a secure link. Failure to do so will result in denied entry.
Please be aware that ants can be a common issue during the warmer months on the island. We provide ant traps and repellent spray, which are generally effective, but you may still encounter ants during your stay.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
No pets are allowed.
No parties or loud noises are permitted. Please be considerate of our neighboUrs and keep noise to a minimum when entering and leaving the flat, especially after 11 pm.
No outside guests are allowed in the apartment without prior written approval to comply with police regulations.
The final cleaning fee covers general checkout cleaning. Please keep the place reasonably clean and tidy, and ensure the kitchen is clean (no dirty dishes or leftover garbage). Additional charges may apply if this is not adhered to.
The septic system is effective but can become clogged if improper materials are flushed. Only toilet paper should be flushed; feminine products should never be flushed. Damages due to improper use may result in additional charges.
Lost Keys or Lockouts: A €100 fee per key set will be charged for replacements.
Utility Bills for Long Stays: For stays of 30 days or more, the client will be responsible for paying utility bills on top of the agreed rental fee, based on actual consumption at the end of the stay.
