The studio is fitted with air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay no matter the season, whether you're escaping the summer heat or seeking warmth during the cooler months. A washing machine is also available, allowing guests to do laundry at their convenience, making it a perfect choice for both short and extended stays.

Situated in a contemporary, well-maintained building, the apartment offers a secure and peaceful environment, ideal for relaxation after a day of exploring. The modern design, clean finishes, and thoughtful layout create a welcoming atmosphere that feels like a home away from home.

Access
The entire apartment is exclusively yours to enjoy.
Check-in is available from 3 PM to Midnight, facilitated by self-check-in.
Please request and obtain approval for any early or late check-ins at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
A secure link will be sent to you to provide your information and confirm your arrival time.

Neighborhood
The studio’s prime location in Msida places you within easy reach of a variety of local amenities, including supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants offering delicious Maltese and international cuisine. Excellent public transport connections make it effortless to explore nearby hotspots such as Valletta, with its stunning historical sites, Sliema’s vibrant shopping and dining scene, and St. Julian’s, known for its lively nightlife and seaside charm. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, this studio provides the perfect base for a convenient and enjoyable stay.

Getting around
Msida is well-connected by public transport, making it easy to travel around Malta. Regular bus services link the area to Valletta, Sliema, St. Julian’s, and other key destinations, with stops conveniently located throughout the town. Taxis and ride-hailing services like Bolt and eCabs are also readily available. For those who prefer to explore by car, Msida offers easy access to major roads, and parking options can be found in various locations. Its central location makes it an excellent base for getting around the island efficiently.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Age Requirement: The primary guest must be over 21 years old and will sign a short-term agreement at check-in for insurance, tax, and legal reasons.
Identification: All guests must provide a valid ID at check-in through a secure link. Failure to do so will result in denied entry.
Please be aware that ants can be a common issue during the warmer months on the island. We provide ant traps and repellent spray, which are generally effective, but you may still encounter ants during your stay.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
No pets are allowed.
No parties or loud noises are permitted. Please be considerate of our neighboUrs and keep noise to a minimum when entering and leaving the flat, especially after 11 pm.
No outside guests are allowed in the apartment without prior written approval to comply with police regulations.
The final cleaning fee covers general checkout cleaning. Please keep the place reasonably clean and tidy, and ensure the kitchen is clean (no dirty dishes or leftover garbage). Additional charges may apply if this is not adhered to.
The septic system is effective but can become clogged if improper materials are flushed. Only toilet paper should be flushed; feminine products should never be flushed. Damages due to improper use may result in additional charges.
Lost Keys or Lockouts: A €100 fee per key set will be charged for replacements.
Utility Bills for Long Stays: For stays of 30 days or more, the client will be responsible for paying utility bills on top of the agreed rental fee, based on actual consumption at the end of the stay.
Disclaimer: Please note that we are not liable for: 1) faults caused by third-party providers (WiFi, water, gas, electricity); 2) sudden faults in appliances such as the air conditioner, heating, washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, cooker, and television, which are subject to wear and tear and may not function during your stay. While we ensure these appliances are in working order upon your arrival and will do our best to rectify any issues that arise, we cannot be held responsible if spare parts are unavailable or specialized contractors are not immediately available; 3) noises caused by neighbors, construction sites, or anything not directly related to the property itself.
