GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the terms and conditions for booking and renting the accommodation units offered by the Company through its website. By making a reservation, the Customer fully accepts the terms outlined herein.

2. Booking and Cancellation Policies

2.1 Non-Refundable Booking Policy

At the time of booking, the guest will be charged the full rental amount.

The booking is non-refundable under any circumstances.

2.2 Flexible Cancellation Policy - 7 DaysIf the Customer decides to cancel the booking before the start of the stay, the Company will apply the following terms:

More than 7 days before the Check-in date: the initial payment is fully refundable.

Within 7 days of the Check-in date: the booking is non-refundable.

After the stay has begun: the Customer will lose the full rental amount.

2.3 Strict Cancellation Policy - 30 Days (for stays longer than 30 nights)If the Customer decides to cancel a booking for a stay longer than 30 nights, the following terms apply:

More than 30 days before the Check-in date: the initial payment is fully refundable.

Within 30 days of the Check-in date: the rental amount is non-refundable.

After the stay has begun: the Customer will lose the full rental amount.

2.4 NO SHOW (Failure to Arrive)In the event of a no-show on the Check-in date, the full rental amount will be retained, regardless of the cancellation policy applied to the booking.

3. Final Provisions

The Company reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time, subject to publishing the changes on its website.

By making a booking, the Customer declares to have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions stated herein.

Any disputes will be subject to the laws in force in the country where the Company is registered.
