The upper floors host three elegantly furnished double bedrooms. To ensure maximum privacy and comfort, each bedroom comes with its own ensuite shower room, making it an ideal choice for groups of friends or families.

The entire apartment is exclusively yours to enjoy. Check-in is available from 3 PM to midnight via self check-in. For early or late check-ins, please request approval at least 24 hours before arrival. A secure link will be sent to you to provide your information and confirm your arrival time.

The Neighborhood
Bormla, also known as Cospicua, is the largest of the historic 'Three Cities'. This area offers a genuine Maltese experience, far from the tourist crowds but steeped in history. You are just a short stroll away from the stunning Grand Harbour waterfront, local cafes, and traditional wine bars.
Getting Around
Exploring Malta is easy from this location. The Valletta Ferry is nearby, offering a scenic 10-minute commute to the capital. Note for Arrival: * Option 1 (Quickest): Ask your taxi to drop you at Triq Wigi Rosato. From there, you can take the stairs up directly into our street.
Option 2 (No stairs): Ask the taxi to drop you at Triq San Gwann. You can then walk across the narrow traditional alleyway (sqaq) to reach Triq San Mikiel. This route is slightly longer but avoids the stairs.
Important Notes – Please Read Carefully
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and will be required to sign a short-term rental agreement upon check-in for insurance and legal purposes.
All guests must provide a valid ID via a secure link prior to arrival.
Ants can occasionally appear during the warmer months. We provide traps and repellent spray, but some presence is still possible.
No smoking, pets, parties, or loud noises are allowed, especially after 11 PM.
No external guests are permitted without prior written approval, in compliance with local police regulations.
The final cleaning fee covers standard checkout cleaning. Guests are expected to leave the apartment reasonably tidy, with a clean kitchen and no leftover garbage. Additional charges may apply otherwise.
Only toilet paper should be flushed; no sanitary products or foreign items. Damages due to misuse may result in additional charges.
Lost keys or lockouts will incur a €100 replacement fee per key set.
For stays of 30 days or more, utility bills are not included and will be charged separately based on actual consumption.
